About the Trainers

Karen "Kai" Keeler is an experienced business professional with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. She was the Managing Director of a local call center company before she embarked on her journey to become a full-time consultant/freelancer.
She's an Online Excelchat Expert in Got IT, a partner of Microsoft, wherein she helped Excel users in solving spreadsheet problems.
Eugene Paul Keeler is a communications consultant and mentor, with extensive experience in workplace communication, business writing, and professional speech development. Throughout his career in the call center and business operations sectors, he has guided teams in refining their written and verbal communication skills—helping professionals express themselves clearly, confidently, and effectively.
With a deep understanding of customer relations and corporate communication, Eugene crafts engaging, practical training programs designed to enhance workplace interactions.
